“If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.”
― Joseph Campbell
ah Joseph Campbell
This morning the sun was shining through the window and creating an ethereal haze. Cecilia, Abby and I were playing around on my bed and Cecilia was so playful. My bliss told me to get the camera!!!
I am really walking a fine line with the kids and my camera. “Not everything has to be a photographic moment” Greg wisely stated Tuesday night.
Just like not all moments have to be teachable moments with the kids. Some moments need to be just that…moments. BUT again, my bliss was telling me to get my camera, just this once. So I followed my bliss.
Sounds a little like yesterdays post where mother nature wanted me to practice with my new fisheye lens. Hmmm follow my bliss and the excuse of non-productivity..is there a pattern here?
Now that’s bliss
